Welcome to the AI API gateway, model access, request forwarding, account management, quota settlement and related technical services provided by this platform. Please read and understand these Terms carefully before you register, sign in, create keys, top up or make API calls. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and the related rules published by the platform.

01

Scope of the Service

The platform mainly provides developers and business teams with OpenAI-compatible API access, together with supporting features such as model management, channel routing, request tracing, usage monitoring, billing settlement and console management. The platform may connect to official or third-party model providers and may adjust the model list, available channels, prices, limits, billing rules and scope of features according to operating conditions.

02

Accounts, Organizations and API Key Security

You must make sure that your registration information is true, accurate and complete, and you must keep your account, password, API keys, callback secrets, organization permissions and other access credentials safe. You bear the risks, losses and liabilities caused by sharing accounts, leaking keys, misconfigured permissions, exposed callback URLs or failing to rotate credentials in time. If you notice unusual calls, fraudulent use, a suspected leak or any other security incident, contact the platform immediately and disable the affected keys without delay.

03

Lawful and Compliant Use

You agree not to use the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, public order or good morals. You must not submit, generate, distribute, store or help process unlawful content through the API, and you must not bypass risk controls, abuse the Service in bulk, inflate traffic for arbitrage, run malicious load tests, probe for vulnerabilities, infringe rights, harass, defraud, or otherwise harm the rights and interests of the platform, upstream providers or third parties. You must also make sure that your prompts, training data, uploaded files, outputs and business scenarios come from lawful sources or are sufficiently authorized.

04

Dependence on Upstream Models and Third-Party Services

The platform is a technical access and usage management service. Some model capabilities, stability, context limits, latency, output quality, moderation policies and availability are determined by upstream model providers or third-party channels. Where upstream service interruptions, rate limiting, price changes, model retirement, changes in API compatibility, changes in regional policies or changes in moderation policies have an impact, the platform will help investigate within a reasonable scope, but it does not guarantee against business losses caused solely by third parties.

05

Billing, Quota and Settlement

The platform usually charges by model usage, number of tasks, generated resource consumption or other rules shown on its pages, and may settle by pre-deducting and then refunding or charging the difference according to actual usage. Before making calls, you should confirm the model prices, multipliers, exchange rates, metering methods, free quota and applicable promotions yourself. Unless laws and regulations provide otherwise or the platform has expressly promised otherwise, quota that has actually been consumed, calls that have been completed and fees that have been settled are generally not refundable. If system failures, duplicate charges or obvious billing errors cause anomalies, the platform will compensate, reverse the charge or handle the matter in another reasonable way after verification.

06

Logs, Tracing and Operational Data

To ensure stability, security, accurate billing and troubleshooting, the platform may record necessary technical logs and operational data related to API calls, including request IDs, model names, channel IDs, response status, latency, quota consumption and necessary audit information. You understand and agree that the platform processes this information to the extent necessary for providing the Service, risk control and auditing, reconciliation and troubleshooting.

07

Service Availability and Changes

The platform will do its best to keep the Service running, but it does not promise that the Service will always be uninterrupted, free of delay or completely error-free. The platform has the right to take the necessary measures for suspensions, rate limiting, data delays, page redesigns, changes to API fields or feature changes caused by system maintenance, network fluctuations, upstream failures, force majeure, security incident handling, regulatory requirements or product upgrades. Material changes will be announced through notices, in-app messages or other reasonable means.

08

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights in the platform's software, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, logos, SDKs, sample code, page designs and related content belong to the platform or the relevant rights holders. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, mirror, scrape or use the platform's assets beyond the scope of authorization. The business data, prompts, files and materials you lawfully own that you submit through the Service remain the property of you or the respective rights holders, but you agree that the platform may process them to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

09

Handling of Breaches

If the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in violations, abuse, non-payment, fraud, money-laundering risk, infringement complaints, security threats or other improper conduct, the platform may, depending on the circumstances, restrict calls, freeze quota, disable keys, suspend the Service, terminate the account, refuse transactions, preserve logs and cooperate with regulators, and it reserves the right to pursue liability.

10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, lost-profit, goodwill, data or expected-revenue losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. In any case, the platform's total cumulative liability is limited to the total fees you actually paid to the platform for the disputed service in the twelve months before the dispute arose; if you have not actually paid anything, liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

11

Updates to These Terms

The platform may update these Terms in line with business development, product changes, compliance requirements or regulatory policies. Updated Terms take effect once published by the platform; if you continue to use the Service after the update takes effect, you are deemed to accept the updated content. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the relevant services.

12

Contact

If you have any questions, complaints or suggestions about these Terms, please contact us through the customer service, ticket system, email or other official channels published by the platform.
